Terms and Conditions
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance are the client’s responsibility and highly recommended. The tour operator and guide are not responsible for any health or medical related expenses whilst on the tour, or any personal injury or losses during or after the tour.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances and events that are considered Force Majeure or beyond the control of the tour operator and guide, such as extreme weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, sudden evacuation, or closure of a walking track (actioned by external parties or caused by nature), the tour company will make all reasonable endeavours to continue the tour as planned. However, the guide and company operators reserve the right to amend or cancel the tour at any given time in response or as a result of any one of such occurrences. The tour company and guide are not accountable or liable in the event of a force majeure. If a trip is cancelled due to a force majeure, refunds will be given minus any unrecoverable expenses.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
To secure a place on this year’s tour (June 12th to 21st June 2024) please complete the booking form and you will receive a confirmation of your booking and instructions on payment.
You will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20 percent of the full cost of the tour in euros.
The total amount should be paid by 1 April 2024.
Cancellation 91 days before the tour begins: Refund minus the deposit.
Cancellation 90-61 days before the tour begins: All recoverable expenses will be refunded minus the deposit.
Cancellation 60 days before the tour begins: All recoverable expenses will be refunded minus the deposit.
